Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Manvi Decor, we understand that change plan can be happened and we always make ensure that our client’s don’t face any trouble from our side of services.
- Cancellation Before the Booking Start Date:
If you want to cancel your booking one day (24 hours or more) prior to the start date of your decoration, you will not be charges any cancellation amount or other charges. The full advance amount will be refunded to you by UPI or online payment methods within 2 working days of the cancellation confirmation.
- Cancellation on the Same Day as the Booking Start Date
If the cancellation is made on the same day of your booking date, then 100% of the advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees, since preparations and arrangements would have already been made for your event by the decorator.
- Cancellation Due to Unexpected Circumstances
If your booking is affected by any unexpected weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, we totally understand that. In such a situation, if the planned decoration or function cannot take place, then the full advance amount will be refunded to you without any charge fees and deduction.
